What is Positive Intelligence?

Positive Intelligence is a 6-week program based on the work of Shirzad Chamine, the bestselling author of the book, “Positive Intelligence”. Shirzad is a well know Stanford University lecturer and coach to many top CEOs. The program is based on breakthrough research in neuroscience and the data collected from over 500,000 people, and helps people rewire their brains for greater happiness and success.

Creating the Shift

I have partnered with Positive intelligence to help you to build those mental muscles by offering their signature Positive Intelligence 6-week coaching program in my practice.

We use two tools, PQ and Saboteur assessments, to reveal your baseline of positivity as well as the Saboteurs you most frequently call on to undermine yourself. The PQ assessment will allow you to see how positive you are and how you are currently living up to your potential. Your Saboteurs are the cast of characters that come into play along with your “judge”, the critical voice in your head that tells you the lies that you are unworthy, not good enough, or don’t deserve something. Each Saboteur has its own formula that works in conjunction with the judge to reinforce these beliefs.
